Over two weeks, groups of costume, lighting, sound, set and stage management Backstage Course participants presented a collaborative exhibition of decade themes.
Our costume team designed and made costumes for the "70s Horror" exhibit, with outfits based on Carrie 1976, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1974. The costumes took on 70s classic fashion (for Leatherface) and high fashion textures (for Carrie).
During this course I am worked with Angela Ball at Rose Bruford College with other projects such as mini waistcoats and victorian handbags.

Carrie and Leatherface actors together. Our team shopped for these costume pieces in charity shops to stay within budget of £20 each actor.
